Account management

  1. Log into the branch manager account
  2. Click ‘Users’ / ‘Add a new user’
  3. Fill in all the details and click ‘Save’

  4. In the ‘User’ section click ‘edit’ icon

  5. Scroll-down to the bottom of the page and tick ‘Branch agent’ box Click save

  1. Log into the branch manager account
  2. Click ‘edit’ icon

  3. Edit user’s details and click ‘Save’

  1. Log into the branch manager account
  2. Click ‘delete’ icon
  3. Confirm the deletion from the pop-up

  1. Log into your Smart Viewing account
  2. Click on your name at the top-left corner
  3. Edit your details and click ‘Save changes’

  1. Log into your Smart Viewing account
  2. Click on your name at the top-left corner
  3. Click ‘Reset password’
  4. Enter the new password and click ‘Save changes’
