No action required, if you would to communicate you can call the
applicant on the mobile or use the chatbox.
This is
ideal in scenarios where there is a lower signal and/or the
applicant do not have a microphone or webcam
When an applicant requests a Smart Viewing via the booking page,
you’ll receive an email in your inbox
When conducting
a Smart Viewing with a applicant, there are two communication
One-to-one Smart Viewing
Two-way sound & video OR two-way sound (no
video)
In a one-to-one Smart Viewing, the applicant can hear
and/or see you and / or see the applicant.
Scroll down to
the bottom of the screen. Under the viewer, you will find an
‘Applicant’ box. Tap the [green phone] next to
the applicant’s details to activate the 2-way sound and video
with the applicant.
Once the applicant has accepted
the request, the camera and microphone will be activated for
both sides.
You can switch off the camera or microphone at anytime by
clicking the [webcamera] and [microphone] icons
Multiple applicants smart viewing
One-way sound & video OR one-way-sound
The applicants can hear and/or see you but you
cannot hear or see the applicants. They can ask questions
anytime using the chatbox
Tap ‘Start webcam/mic’ to activate the 1-way sound and video of the applicants
The
applicants will now be able to see and hear you, but you
won't be able to see them
You can switch off the camera or mic anytime by clicking on
the [webcamera] or [microphone] icons
Starting a virtual tourTap ‘start a virtual tour’, this enables
the applicants to be able to view the tour

- Introduce yourself and your estate agency
- Talk about
the area, where the property is located
You have different options to navigate around the viewer:You can
use the keyboard arrows or screens <>^ v to move
around and the (+)(-) keys to zoom in and outYou can use your
mouse to perform the same tasksUse the [forward icon] to move to
another roomUse the [4boxes icon] to see the rooms’ preview,
click on the thumbnails to move to the selected room
During
the viewing, we recommend you always keep the viewing
screen
moving slowly. Panning left, right, up and down. Zooming in and
out to highlight certain features.
Want to show different properties during the same SV?
Tap ‘show another property’ and then choose the
relevant property from the list.
Tap ‘select property’ and the Smart Viewing will
change to the new property
Before a Smart Viewing
On your dashboard
in ‘Your scheduled Smart Viewings’ section, click on (+ button
icon), enter the email address or phone number and click (send
invitations button) - the applicant will automatically receive
an email/text message with the link straight to SV
During a Smart Viewing
Tap (invite more applicant button) enter the email
address or phone number and click (send
invitations
button) - the applicant will automatically receive an email/text
message with the link straight to SV
To end a SV click (end SV button) at the top of the screen
